SHIPPING

• Free shipping is available for orders over RM100. For orders below RM100, the shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout.

• As all goods are handmade in small batches, your order will be shipped out in 2-5 working days with a local courier.

• We only ship within Malaysia. However, please contact us if you would like us to ship to another country.

• We will not be responsible for any damaged/lost goods once your order has been shipped out.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• For hygiene purposes, all goods cannot be returned or exchanged once opened and used.

• Refunds are only allowed if the goods have caused any allergic or individual reaction, within 7 working days.
